James Morse House was home to Mr. James Morse and family
from 1855-1880. The house is on the grounds of the
Lincoln Home National Historic Site and portrays an
example residential construction featuring 2 stories
above grade as is exhibited in associated structures in
the area including the domicile of the Lincoln family.
The house is listed on the National Register of Historic
Places.
