HIGH SPEED RAIL

The City of Springfield is working with a number of entities to finalize a plan for high speed rail that will create the least negative impact while capitalizing on the benefits that such a change can bring.

Several reports have been complied over the years.  The most comprehensive report was completed about five years ago.  While some of the information may be outdated, the majority of its findings and recommendations remain sound.  The following Table of Contents will allow you to access each section of the report.  It has been broken down into chapters because of the size of the document.  This document is saved in Adobe PDF format.  You will need a PDF reader to access it.
