The Office of Business Licensing handles taxicab and taxi driver permitting, and liquor  & business licenses.  The forms and the related sections of the Springfield City Code are available for viewing and downloading from the files listed below.

Once you have downloaded the appropriate form, it can be filled out and brought to the Office of Business Licensing, First Floor, Municipal Center West, 7th & Monroe, during business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to complete the application.
