Bicycle E-Registration

Bicycle To register your bicycle electronically, fill out the form below and press the register button. The information will be recorded in the Police Department's bicycle registration computer.

Analysis of 2009 Traffic Stop Patterns in Springfield.

On August 28, 2009, the Illinois Premise Alert Program (PAP) Act became effective in Illinois. The PAP is a safety program that supports individuals living with disabilities as well as Police Officers or other public safety units responding to calls at a specific address.
