    The City of Springfield is cutting the time it takes to make application for building permits by putting forms online.  They should be printed and either mailed or brought to the Office of Building and Zoning once they have been properly filled out.  By downloading application forms your business with the city's Building and Zoning Department can be transacted much more quickly.
