Circa 1870-1884- The Lanphier Building is a two story structure that features decorative stone lintels with a brick and molded metal cornice that has been deemed significant due to its importance in supporting the ambience of the built environment in the National Registered District.  The building has been placed on the list of the National Register of Historic Places.
