employees is 39.9 years.

Absenteeism - The average absenteeism rate over
a 12 month period is 3.9 percent. The average
absenteeism for manufacturers is 3.1 percent. For
manufacturers with 100 or more employees the absenteeism
rate is 2.8 percent.

Turnover Rate - The average turnover rate over a
12 month period is 10.1 percent. This compares
favorably to Compdata Annual Compensation Survey with
12.5 percent for voluntary turnover and 18.7 percent for
total turnover.

of employees live within 10 miles of their place of work
and 24 percent commute from 10 - 30 miles. Of the
