The Springfield Strategy 2020 vision is a report that identifies twelve areas that are critical to the City's long term success. It also stresses the importance of community cohesion, access, stewardship and foresight in shaping what the City of Springfield will be by the year 2020. The Office of Planning and Economic Development is working continuously to implement the visions set forth in the Strategy 2020 plan to ensure that the City of Springfield remains a great place to work and live for generations to come.
