The City Treasurer serves as the finance officer for the City and is responsible for receipt, deposit and recording of all revenues, is responsible for management of the city investment program, and is responsible for administering, collecting and processing parking violations. 

"As City Treasurer, it is my goal to efficiently collect all funds owed the City and deposit them expeditiously.  Doing so prolongs the time funds are invested resulting in a better rate of return."
