Division Summary

The Administrative Services Division manages the day-to-day operations within the Springfield Police Department and is staffed by one Deputy Chief, one Commander, two Sergeants, two Patrol Officers and 17 civilians. One of the main responsibilities of the Division includes preparing the Department’s annual budget which was appropriated at roughly $45 million in FY2016.
