Planning and Zoning Commission

Meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month in City Council Chambers Third Floor, Municipal Center West unless notice is given otherwise.

The City of Springfield has moved to Phase 4 of the Restore Illinois plan in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19. The Planning & Zoning Commission has resumed to in person meetings. No more than 50 people may be in attendance.

Anyone attending the meeting needs to be mindful of the health and safety precautions put in place to stop the spread of COVID-19. Face coverings are required while in the building. Face coverings must be worn during the meeting if six-feet of social distancing cannot be maintained between you and anyone outside your immediate family.

Residents may submit comments electronically regarding any Zoning matters to feedback@springfield.il.us.
