Citywide Exterior Program

Our Citywide Exterior Rehabilitation Program is a matching grant program that provides up to $15,000 of assistance to property owners of residential owner-occupied properties for permanent improvements. These homes may not be located in a TIF or Cannabis Grant District. It is a 50/50 matching grant program, where the homeowner must remit 100% of their cost (50% of the total project cost) and the City will pay the remaining 50% upon an approved final inspection.

Info and Apply

Pre-Qualify: Get the Lead Out Grant

The City is now accepting pre-qualification applications from residents interested in applying for funds to help cover the cost of lead hazard remediation. This program is available to both owner-occupied homes and privately-owned rental units with four or less units. Priority will be given to households with children with Elevated Blood Lead Levels, pregnant women, or those with children ages six years or younger, and low- to moderate-income Census tracks. The first step is to pre-qualify.
